One of Europe’s largest shopping malls at 420,000 sq m, Cevahir was acquired by St Martins in 2007 in what was Europe's biggest single-asset deal of years.

The six-storey mall has been reconfigured to contain 276 often enlarged units, let to national and international retailers. The Mall contans an integrated entertainment centre with a 14-screen cinema, a bowling alley, three floors of themed attractions and an amusement park.

Around 21.5 million people visited Cevahir last year, and this is likely to increase to over 22 million by 2012.
